Im 3. und letzten Teil des Züchter-Workshops vom Okt. 2009 wurde u. a. auch am Beispiel Kartoffel die Kraut- und Knollenfäule angesprochen, bei der nach allgemeinem Tenor die Züchtung für den gewerblichen Anbau an ihre Grenzen gestoßen sei. Auch hier können alte Sorten eine Antwort geben.
